BBK really feels the pressure from Xiaomi, so they outed a new brand copying Xiaomi named RealMe (like, the "real" mi? LOL).

Well, doesn't matter as this means we get even better phones for less.

Realme 2 Pro, SD660, 4GB+64GB base, 6.3" 1080p, SD slot, headphone jack, all for less than $200!
If you need more, there's a model with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage for less than $250! That beats the previous king of cheap 128GB phone, the Huawei Nova 3i.

Obviously there are corners to be cut. Oppo phones don't seem to support many LTE bands. The SD660 is slightly underclocked, and the camera on the Realme 2 Pro may not turn heads. Also, Oppo seems to stuck in micro USB world, and they don't have a good track record on updates.

But man, what a treat for less than $200!! SD660 is a huge leap for mid range as finally mid-rangers get a taste of the Kyro cores (previously reserved for the SD8xx series), a huge upgrade over the old and tired A53 cores.

The closest comparison is probably the Mi A2, also with SD660, but less RAM and storage for the same price, although Mi A2 comes with better camera and Android One.

Meanwhile, Samsung is trying to sell an SD660 phone for $460. LOL.
