Does anyone else have trouble when it comes to rearranging bookmarks in OSX (all browsers)? Whenever I try to scroll a bookmark from the bottom of a long list to the top, it stops at the top of the window instead of continuously scrolling to the top of the list. I need to move the item back and forth across the top of the window while holding down the mouse. I have no such problem with OS9. Is there anything I can do?

I had this problem in 10.1 until I installed 10.2 on IE.

It's fine now.

Dunno how to help though...

I have this hang up with all long lists of items in OSX. Even in my finder windows. I should say especially in my finder windows. It appears to be a bug in the GUI. IE not being a cocoa native program may not be affected by the finder hang-ups.
