iPhone Rearranging Icons

Has anyone got a better way of rearranging your icons now that they've removed the feature from iTunes? Sometimes I want to just move one and it ends up blowing up the order of the entire thing. It's to the point that I won't delete an app because I don't want to hassle with rearranging everything else as a result.

I've seen this option only in 3utools for now, but idk if it's save to use this app. It's free but not open-sourced (at least couldn't find this info anywhere), so how do they monetize it? Also, the only place where I've seen people widely discussing it is in Jailbreak subreddit... Please let me know if you'll find any alternative with good reputation, I'm damn tired of moving apps on the phone.

Folders.

Most of my apps are not pulled up daily, so, heavy hitters o pn home screen, rest in folders on other screens. And even then, a number of the heavy hitters go into folders on home screen.

This seems like the best option, thanks for the tip.

That being said, it's still just painful to organize. I'm not a Windows fan but you can arrange your icons and folders in seconds and this process has taken me at least 15 minutes just to consolidate 5 pages of icons into folders. Come on Apple, you can do better than this.
