Reassigning buttons

Is there a way on a MacBook Pro that I can use the pgdn and pgup keys without having to push the fn key. Also is there a way that I can use the F11 or F12 key for page up and or down? Sometimes when doing a presentation it is inconvenient using 2 hands. I would like to use one finger or use a combination not making me stretch from one end of the keyboard to the other . Any thoughts?

You can assign/reassign keyboard shortcuts by going to System Preferences -> Keyboard & Mouse -> Keyboard Shortcuts

I tried that. But it doesn't give an option for making the pgdn 1 key or even allowing me to use a combination of the command key and pgdn.
