It seems as if my iMac screen is mildly washed out or has less contrast after upgrading to El Capitan. Before recalibrating I'd like your feedback.

Well. I think I have similar feeling on yours.

I think El Capitan renders everything in lower brightness, a little bit. And it looks a little bit more blurry than Yosemite.

Lars, which tools did you use to calibrate your iMac before?

In earlier versions I used the built in calibration tool but those advanced options are hidden now. I just read in another post in this forum that option key while pressing calibrate brings advanced options back.

So I'm fine.
