Receive call and camera clicks

I have been getting phone calls on my Iphone 4 and they come in as Blocked now. You answer the phone and you hear the camera click in the ear piece. The first one I got was from an 888 number without an area code. i googled it and only found one other person who didn't have a clue about what it was. Anyone else getting this?

Could it be your cheek activating the camera and taking a pic due to the proximity sensor problem?

Someone can't call you and force your phone to take a picture, so it's definitely not that. Probably something like the other poster suggested about the proximity sensor.

It really doesn't take a picture its just the sound of a picture being taken.
