Received email display

My received emails are displaying the person or company name incorrectly. For example, Secret Victoria’s instead of Victoria’s Secret or Alerts Cigna instead of Cigna Alerts. Any ideas?

My contacts are sorted and displayed Last, First, but this has never affected my email.

Does changing those contacts sorting and/or display options have any effect? What about restating the device?

I tried both and no luck. Also, my laptop and iPad are showing correctly. It’s just my phone.

Are regional settings the same on both? And both have the same exact mail accounts?

Yes. Everything is identical. Just received an email from Store Apple rather than Apple Store.
