Received Quadro K5000, Areca 1213-8i and Maxconnect Kits

I have just received the PNY Quadro K5000 for Mac, Areca 1213-8i SAS Raid Card and Maxcoonect Kits from MaxUpgrade and I can’t wait to put all of them into my Mac Pro 5,1 and test the performance.

2 * Crucial M4 512G SSD raid 0 for boot :

5 * WD 3TB Hard disk raid 5:

Unfortunately, mentioned by MacVidCards in this thread, we have to wait Nvidia to update 10.8.3 driver.

Unfortunately again, It can’t be recognized by After Effect CS6:

It seems that I have to wait Adobe to update Master Suite too.

So, I have 2 questions:

1. Can I add Quadro K5000 in the list of cuda_supported_cards.txt to force After Effects using cuda acceleration?
2. I use 2 Curcial M4 SSD raid 0 to boot Mac OS. But, it is very weird that the boot disk seems lost when I power on the machine with 2 beeps for the first time. And, It will boot successfully when I restart the machine and can hear 1 beep in the machine. It happens everyday.

Hahaha! I'm not superman and my Mac Pro is not supermac either. I just use maxconnect kits from macupgrades.
