Receiving a call from saved number but not showing the name

I have problem with my contacts, after upgrading the IOS to IOS 5.0 I found this issue:
I have some of the contacts when they call me their name doesn't show and it shows only the number. I tries to make changes such as removing or adding the country code and still no change.

It is not me only because I asked some of my friends and they said they have the same isuue.

Note: I have upgraded the IOS today to IOS 5.0.1 and the same issue and no change.

"Blocked" numbers on my 4S and also no name appearing as per your issue. I'm going to re-do my address book from scratch...It's all I can think of. It's got to be wifi sync related I think, the numbers and details are fine.

What do you mean by l2searchpls ???

He's actually written L 2 search pls, which is nerdy geekspeek for 'Learn to search please'. Why anyone would bother to make the effort of posting such a reply is a mystery to me, but there you go.

You might find some help in this thread on the Apple discussion board, but read it all carefully before you decide what to do (and make a backup first just in case).

Does this happen to all contacts or just a few? I had a couple of contacts with this problem. I used the ADD TO CONTACTS feature then deleted the duplicate number and it solved the problem for me.
