Receiving Phone Calls????

What is going on with my phone, when I get calls I cant hear the person and they cant hear me until i call them back.....ANy suggestions????

ouch no idea M8 id say take it back .. but if your me you cant take it back.. so dose your phone still make sound and what not play music but you cant hear when an incomeing call is recived?
