So, I just set up my MM account yesterday and sent an email telling friends to update their address books. Two people have already told me their emails to my new MM account are bouncing. But I am getting some emails.

I sent myself a few messages from my old email address to my new MM address throughout the day to check if it's working for me, and one bounced but the rest went through. Why would one bounce?

And it's not the error 452 I read about online. My error says " Reason: Remote SMTP server has rejected address." What does that mean? And how do I make sure I start getting all my emails?

Thanks!

So now I'm getting my emails to my iphone and through me.com, but not through Mail on my mac. I synced and set it up to sync automatically, but my me.com emails are not coming through to my Mac Mail.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

You did set up your MobileMe account in Mail, right? It doesn't get set up automatically through the Pref Pane, if I remember right.

Does your MobileMe email account show up in Mail.app?

Hi, yes, my Mobile Me account shows up in Mail. Last year I had a .mac account, and on January 1st instead of renewing the same username I started over and changed my username. So for a couple months I'll have two Mobile Me accounts. I did change the one linked to Mail to the new one, but I think my problem must somehow be related to having two accounts for the time being.

I'm still trying to figure it out.

Thanks!

Well, I didn't do anything, but it's working now. Who knows why it didn't and now it does, but let's just hope it keeps working!
