Since upgrading to iOS 13, short calling numbers are shown in the recent call list instead of their names from the address book. My company uses 4 digit numbers and these numbers are present in my address book. When the call is received my phone shows the name of the caller from the address book but after the call is finished the recent calls list shows the number instead of the name. I'm on iOS 13.1.2 and I tried everything from resyncing the address book from the iCloud to restoring the phone and setting it up as a new phone.

Callers with standard telephone numbers are shown as they should be as their proper names from the address book.

Variety of this issue is on other threads and, according to some, has been reported to Apple. Obviously, a bug and one of those what changed to cause this. Also, if you have a number followed by pause, an extension type also doesn't show contact either
