Hey everyone!

Has anyone noticed any problems with iCloud mail recently? My @me.com account has been terrible for the past few days. I can't download attachments (it just keeps loading), I delete emails from one device yet they stay on another, etc. I had a look around and there are a few threads on the Apple Discussions site but not that much. My girlfriend and brother have also mentioned that it's been bad for the past few days. For the sake of the thread, I'm based in Berlin, in case that makes any difference.

I've not run into any issues with my iCloud mail. While I don't use the @me alias, my .mac and iCloud work as one would expect.

Not sure what advice to offer

Mine has been working well. Have you tried removing the account from Mail.app and re-adding it?

Thanks for the replies so far. Hmm... I'm not sure what it is. Yes, I've tried removing the account from my iMac, iPhone, iPad and work MacBook then adding it again. It's always the same - super slow. I have a 15GB iCloud account and have ~10GB of that free at the moment. I'm not sure what to do. Maybe it'll sort itself out in the next few days, that's all I can really hope for. The iCloud status page is showing all green, of course.

Then open Mail and go to Mail's menu item 'Window'. In the 'Window' drop-down select "Connection Doctor". When "Connection Doctor" open it will try to connect to everything. After it does that first click the 'Show Detail' button and then click the button next to that and click 'Check Again'. This time the connection attempts will print out. This then will show you where the disconnect is coming from to trouble more precisely.

Also log into Apple - My ID and log in with your iCloud account and see if the alias is still allowed.
