Recently Added Playlist

In iTunes I have unchecked certain songs so they would not appear in the Recently added playlist, but on my iPhone 4, they ALL appear on the "smart" playlist... does anyone have this problem?

I hope that made sense...
 
I think something is screwed up with smart playlist in iOS5 because mine show in reverse order on my phone.
