I recently got the echo show 10 from Amazon, which has a zigbee hub. I can’t figure out how to connect it to HomeKit so I can use Siri for my Sengled smart bulb. Does anyone know how to do this?

Not compatible so don’t continue wasting your time. There may be a HomeBridge plugin though. I don’t use HomeBridge so can’t say for certain if one exists. Perhaps a future “Matter” firmware update will add the functionality.
What made you believe an Echo Show was compatible with HomeKit? Two completely different smart home platforms.
Edit* I took the liberty of searching for HomeBridge Echo Show plug-ins. Zero matches resulted in the HomeBridge site and one, in very early development stages came up for HOOBs. Only as a player though. Don’t see mention of Zigbee hub:

I think that is supposed to link your bulbs to HomeKit (But please do your own research to confirm compatibility with your bulbs etc)

Yeah, I thought Sengled had its own HomeKit Bridge. Recently released too.
To the OP, HomeKit Zigbee devices usually have their own specific manufacturers Zigbee HomeKit bridge, like Hue, Aqara, Lutron (proprietary Zigbee type) etc. There’s really no all inclusive Zigbee bridge that works for all different manufacturers like Alexa and SmartThings does. I’m guessing it has something to do with the HomeKit certification.
That said, there is a ZWave HomeKit bridge in the works from Thinka that’s supposed to be all inclusive. Gonna be big money though (think I read around $400-500 USD). I’m very interested in it.
