Recipe collection software

I have been asked to collate a collection of family recipes so they can be printed or shared. Probably less than a hundred. Any suggestions on software for this please.

Do you want to keep the collection around and add to it over time or is this just a one off thing?

This will be a one off.

Pages is trivial and easy to use; format, style and print directly or to pdf and send to a printer and get it bounded (pretty cheap now a days). The pro option would be InDesign but it's sort of overkill for this (but you can get a 30 day trial if you want to check it out).
