Recommend A Mac Within My Budget

Hello Ladies/Gents,

I recently bought a Mac Pro 4,1 but it hasnt shipped to me and the seller is saying its not turning on and when it does, it dies. So I think I'm just going to take my refund and run.

I thought I would consult the experts before purchasing my next machine. Below are my limitations and what I'm planning on using the machine for:

Price Limit: $800

Uses:

• Live Broadcast Streaming
• Video Editing (Need Final Cut Pro)
• Photo Editing (Probably need at least Photoshop and After Effects)
• Web Development (WordPress Site)

I realize my budget is low but if someone could recommend some requirements for the system and what kind of system I should be looking for that would be very helpful. Also, point me to the direction I should be looking..
