Recommend a secondary sub-$100 monitor

Hello. I am looking for a monitor to use as a secondary display with a 21.5" Vizio TV that I use as a monitor. Seems like a simple task, but I want one that will last at least a year. I want it to be at least 20" so it doesn't look too different from my TV (size-wise)

Anyway, I just want some first hand recommendations for a sub-$100 monitor!

Requirements;

•Either DVI or VGA input
•At least 20" if not 21.5"
•anti-glare
•$100 or less!

Welp. I went down to my best buy to get a phone case and I instead walked out with a monitor! An Acer 20" for $99.99. Not bad at all.
