Recommend an App that can add shapes and text to photos?

Can someone recommend a free app where you can add text, and most importantly, shapes like arrows -> or draw circles, for example to point and direct issues in a photo?

I can only find apps with text only, or bubbles (with text), but not one where I can add shapes. It be nice if I can add clip art such as emicons too.

I use Aviary. It has a lot of editing functions, allows you to add text and draw on the image. Doesn't do predefined shapes though.

Thanks… I'm checking it out now at the App Store. What I really need are symbols and shapes to be added to photos, however I will check AVIARY.
