My sub with my current VPN service ends this week can someone Recommend good vpn’s I’m in the US

I've been kind of happy with Private Internet Access. It works great. My "kind of" qualifier has to do with British streaming services blacklisting servers and preventing streaming. There's only one channel I can get now.

My suggestion would be to use the shortest period you can buy the VPN service. Check it out, and see if it meets your needs.

I would highly recommend getting a VPN.

Just signed up with NordVPN, they had a 75% off deal for a 3 year plan. Based on many recommendations from folks here. Only 2 days in but setup on my PC Desktop, MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad was smooth and performance has been good so far.

Same here but I've been using Nord for a year. Very fast, solid - works on anything. Even my Oculus GO. Was a long time HMA user but that sucks compared to Nord. If you sign up for the 3 year deal it's unbeatable value. I use it a lot for getting round geo-location restrictions. I can watch BBC iplayer which is difficult to watch on some vpns fine. May have to switch server every now and then but there are hundreds.

I normally recommend Nord to those who just want a cross-platform, easy to use, simple enough VPN (and and are willing to pay a bit more for it).

If you're willing to put some work in, Mullvad is the best service I've used. They have a native Mac app, and you can use an OpenVPN application on iOS to run it there, too.

For users concerned about privacy you could look at ProtonVPN. Based in Switzerland* I have found it to be very reliable. They have free plan, but the basic paid plan is about €4 per month (paid annually). There is an iOS and Mac app available.
