Recommend where to get quility RAM for my Mac Mini

hey all,
just got a brand new mac mini with stock 2gb and want to upgrade to 8gb ram. I seen some good deals on ebay..but not sure about the brands.
can u folks recommend where I can get a pair maybe online, matched, good brand and performance..and reasonable price? I'm in Canada.

some say: Unbuffered even thu all other specs are the same..and some indicate being dual channel? is that better?

I have put more then 100 sticks in minis.


today the ones from newegg that i listed are the cheapest

next price is the superbiiz link.

If I were you I would buy the superbiiz they will be fine.

I prefer samsung ram in minis as they work. The buffered or dual channel options don't matter much in a mini

All of my Macs have been upgraded with Crucial RAM. Never any problems.

At the moment I'm using G.Skill's generic 8GB pair from newegg and it works fine (this after two bad sets of NuRAM that made my Mini kernel panic on a near-daily basis). OWC/NuRAM has worked for me in the past so maybe it was just bad luck.
