Recommendation needed

I am struggling between MBP 14 M3 pro with 18 Gig RAM and 13.3 MBP M2 w 24 Gig ram

My use cases:
- Photo editing
- Video editing
- Code compilation (small part)
- Games (Civ and BG3)
- Parallels desktop Windows VM
- Music creation with Garage band

Which set up is better in your view, M2 MBP 13 w 24 gig or M3 Pro MBP w 18 Gig RAM

On one hand I like to have M3 pro since it is latest and greatest so will be supported longer.
It has great ports and Black color. Faster/sharper and larger screen

M2 has touchbar which I like and a little lighter easier to drag around, has no notch!

I assume the battery time is about equal.

Any thoughts?

I'd go with the 14" MBP, unless you think there's a chance 18GB won't get it done. Obviously the CPU/GPU will be a step up, but you'll also get a much nicer screen.
