Hello:

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for configuring my TV setup. Basically what I'd like is a Mac connected to two TVs (via HDMI so it's video and audio) and also connected to a monitor -- bonus if the Mac can be a laptop. Most of the time I'd like to be on the monitor browsing the web, etc but occasionally I'd like to play movies and other content on one of the two TVs (each in different rooms, but just separated by a wall I can run a cord through -- it doesn't have to play on both TVs at the same time).

I don't really want an Apple TV because I want both TVs to play content from a variety of sites (not just Netflix and Apple and YouTube), and I don't want multiple computers (one for each TV in the different rooms), and finally, I don't really want to manually switch between the different TVs (i.e. change the HDMI cords between the two TVs) because I plan to have the computer in a place that's a pain to get to.

Is there anyway I can get this?

Thanks.

I have a Mac mini connected to two displays. One of them uses HDMI and he other is mini port to DVI (I don't have a free HDMI on the second display). I just mirror the display, so it shows the sample content on both displays which I have in separate rooms. It was very easy to setup.
