Recommended Docking station for M1 MBA for dual monitors?

Hello,

I have an M1 MacBook Air (2020) and wish to use dual 2k monitors with this and appreciate that whilst this isn't supported natively OOTB, I know that people have had luck with 3rd party docking stations such as the following:

• Dell D6000
• ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock Gen 2
• Targus dock180EUZ

Would be interested in hearing peoples feedback with any of the above or any I've not yet considered.

Perhaps I need to study it more, but that article really seemed to make it confusing.
