Recommended USB 3.1 card for 4,1/5,1 and Mojave

Can anybody recommend an USB 3.1 card for 4,1/5,1 and Mojave?

Are there any Thunderbolt 3 cards around?

Directly out of the box you will not get TB3 working. There are some projects by users to enable some of the functionality, but nothing would be plug and play.
