Hi guys,
I'm using a late 2009 iMac 27" with OS X 10.8.2 and I would like to pick a controller to play mostly SNES / Sega Genesis stuff.
I've done some research and came to three possible choices:
- Wireless Xbox 360 Controller (requires to pay extra for an adapter and need to install some additional stuff)
- Wired Xbox 360 Controller (just plug and play)
- Wireless Playstation 3 Controller (seems to work pretty well with bluetooth right out of the box without installing extra drivers/programs)
I also own a Playstation 2 controller. Apparently I could just grab a $3.00 USB adapter and be done with it. But I would like to go with the wireless route if it's just a matter of plug-n-play.
Problem is, I've read countless posts and watched several videos with people having all kinds of issues with the above controllers. It's hard to make a decision, especially because some posts/videos are a few years olds and technology/gamepad support has evolved since.
Which controller do you recommend/use?
Thank you.
