iPhone Recorded video just disappeared

hi everyone.

I recorded a few videos tonight at an event with my iPhone 6s running iOS 9.3.2.

I recorded them, but when I got home and opened up the photos app, at least one of them wasnt there. Of course it is the most important one. :-x

I tried checking if it's hidden, looked in the "recently deleted" folder, etc. I also rebooted the device.

Has any one seen something like this happen? If so, any fix? This concerns me quite a bit.

P.S. I have iCloud photo library enabled And set to download and keep originals.
