What is a good freeware program for recording audio with the powerbook G4's internal microphone? Or does OS X include a program for recording audio? I know that thet quality probably wont be the best out of the internal microphone, but I would still like to use it to record some stuff where the quality doesn't really matter so much. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Yeah I use one called Audio In.

I have no idea why they diddn't include it with the OS. To get to the downloads choose the link on the far right that says "soft". I found out about it through macaddict. You can also use line in to record as well. There is one glitch for me though. If you close it by clicking the red circle it say the app quit unexpectedly. I have emailed him and he said he'd work on it. You can just command w or choose file quit instead.
