I am trying to record the screen of my iPod Classic 6th gen so I can archive higher quality footage of old clickwheel games.
I bought an Apple Composite AV Cable because I should be able to plug it into a video-to-PC tool to get the footage recorded on my PC. However, when testing on my TV, the AV cable only broadcasted videos on my iPod and nothing else.
Is there some way to fool the iPod to always have its TV Out setting on? Or is there another method I could use to record the screen? (Unfortunately I haven't found anyone who knows how to emulate clickwheel games on PC or Mac yet, if you were wondering.)
