Recording my own screen

Are there any programs that came with my macbook pro (late 2008) that enable me to record what I'm doing on-screen? (Sort of for tutorial purposes).

If not, where can I download one?

I'm not sure if this thread is now too old, I would also recommend "ishowU"

"Snapz Pro X" will do this as well. (Ambrosia's site wasnt responding, so I didnt post a link.

Both are cheaper than the one previously mentioned...ishowu is significantly so.
