Recording webcam video with screen recording software?

I want to get a Dropcam webcam and be able to record video from it while viewing it on my Note3. is there screen recording software that can do this similar to what you might install on a Mac to do this on an Android?

I seriously doubt it. Recording screen video requires a fair amount of processing overhead. I think most people run video out from their phone to computer or display/DVR and record it that way

Works well on a Note 2. So I'm guessing shouldn't be a problem with the note 3
