I've been a PhotoVault user for a couple of years with no issues but recently put a video in there which the vault wont play, saying "Unsupported Video format (null)". This seems to be a common issue which the developer seems to have no interest in resolving. The problem is that now i cant view it and i cant export it, because its not recognised!
I'm looking for options to get the file out of there, either to camera roll or more likely onto my PC so i can work on recovering it (if it even needs any recovery!)
I wonder if a jailbreak might allow me access to filesystem to enable me to move it to my PC? Or whether there are any tools that might allow me access through my iTunes backup? An added difficulty is that im on 9.2.1 which i understand isn't breakable at the moment.
