iPod recover deleted files from ipod

i recently got a new computer and installed my ipod and it wiped all my songs off, my old computer has already been sold and i didnt backup my itunes is there any freeware to get my itunes back on my ipod, like some kinda recover program?

Bad news is, there are no freeware programs. Trust me, I looked. PodSalvage was the best I could find and you can download it first and see if it will at least be able to recover the files before you buy.

Doesn't this do what you need? I believe you can use it a few times before having to cough up. And did you read through this which gives you a step by step guide to transferring music from your iPod?
