iPhone Recover deleted text messages

I deleted text messages from my iPhone 3G . Is there any way to recover them? I have to recover them or it will destroy my family. Please can anyone help????

Have you done a backup in a while that might have it on it? If not I think you are not gonna see that text again unfortunately
If you have there is a program called iTwin that will let you read it in the backup if you like. The program is not free, but it sounds like it would be worth it.

This will extract all data from your phone backups, the messages data is in one of the var/mobile folders I think. You just need to put that folder on your phone and it will have all of your old messages on it. It will overwrite any new ones you have though.
 
Myself and my girlfriend use the decipher textmessage program. She's on windows and I use the version for my macbook pro. It works cool and lets you save your text messages from your iphone to your computer. I've actually recovered a few deleted messages with it too which was helpful since I'm a laywer and needed them for work. Their site is:

i-twini is only for Windows...booo

decipher is cool and is only 9.99
 
Ha. Not spam. This was a thread where I thought I could actually pass some helpful info along. Usually I just lurk and read and learn. :)
 
Why spend like $20 getting a software which gets you just sms from itunes backup!! Aren't there cheaper options?:(
