Hi guys

I have some very important voice memos on an iTunes backup of my old iPhone that I need to retrieve.

I've installed and tried out several softwares on my Mac that could help me recover these lost files from a backup, but unfortunately, they all cost quite a lot of money.

Isn't there a way that I can extract these files for free?

I've tried AnyTrans, PhoneRescure, Jihisoft iTunes Extractor.

(P.S. I tried searching these forums, but I only found this. But iExtractor doesn't work with voice memos.
Do you have an iTunes backup. If so you could try using an app that can read and extract data from the backup. IExplorer is one such app but I believe there are others. There is a Mac and Windows version which has a free trial. You may be able to retrieve the data you need during the trial period and thus avoid a full iPhone restore.)

iMazing or iBackupBot should work. iBackupBot won't work on an encrypted backup though.
