During the transition from iPhoto to Photos, I lost all of my pictures that were in iPhoto. I had two Apple TV 2 units set up to use the pictures from iPhoto to use as the screen saver on the Apple TV 2. I have lost the pictures in Photos, but they are still showing on the screen when the Apple TV 2 goes into screen saver mode.
My question is as follows:
Does anyone know of someone who can retrieve the pictures from the Apple TV 2 so that I can import them into Photos?
I tried a company somewhere in Texas but they failed and are no longer responding to my calls. Luckily I had two Apple TV 2 units, so I still have one that has the pictures in the unit.
I did find some discussions on the Internet about retrieving pictures from an Apple TV 1, but it does not appear to work with the Apple TV 2 unit, since they are such different units.
Any information would be very appreciated.
