Recovering from a crash on OS 15

I had to wipe the disk and reinstall. So far so good. A few questions if I may and I he someone knows.

Mac OS 15 Launchpad. How to import the settings of TM backup. It did not come across when I used Migration Assistant.

Can I import the saved passwords from the TM backup and if so, where are they and how?
