iPod recovering songs

I had a computer with Itunes on it. Had over 700 songs that I purchased, burned from cd, and downloaded from other sites. Long story short my PC got a virus and don't think it'll power on long enough to capture my music. I have another PC with Itunes on it. Is there any way to pull up those songs on it? Some of the songs are hard to find items and I'd hate to think I'm totally out of luck. Thanks for any help you can give.

If all of your songs are still on your iPod or iPhone then use share pod to get the songs from the iPod back to your other pc. http://www.getsharepod.com/
