I love the feature of the recovery heart rate on my watch 3. The problem i’m finding (part from the graph and numbers being tiny!) is it’s only there on the watch for that day, once a new day starts (and had no excercise yet) then there is no recovery heart rate. Apple needs to put this on the iPhone Health or Activiry app so the recovery heart rate can be compared over a number of days.

If anyone finds it anywhere then let me know!

Don’t you have to add that metric to your “Favorites” so it shows on the Health All Dashboard? Could be completely wrong about this, but it’s my first guess.

Still can’t find it on the Health app but another user on here as pointed out that it is actually on the activity app under the workout section.

Select one of your workout excercise then swipe left on the ‘heart rate’ section at the bottom
