Recovery partition update

Is there a possibility to update the recovery partition to Catalina as well?
Don't get why that one get stuck on older version (actual version when I bought my device)

When I first got my MacBook Pro I accidentally deleted all partitions and then did Internet Recovery so I am guessing the recovery partition is now Catalina

It's supposed to be updated, if it wasn't, you could try to see if https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/how-to-update-the-recovery-partition.2010607/ still works on catalina.
