My idea is to use it a LOT while working. So, it will be low-level exercise for long stretches of time. Would you use your watch to track it as a workout or not? I’m afraid it would way overestimate calorie burn. But I also don’t want to get no credit at all and am not sure how effective the intermittent heart rate monitoring is to catch something like this.
