Recurring AirPlay error message, yet AirPlay working

About once an hour, I get this weird popup that appears:

However, AirPlay is working fine in that room, and I can't hear any loss of audio, even temporary. ?

Not sure why but I get the same thing on an Airport Express unit in one of my rooms. The APple Tv and couple of Homepods never receive this error though. Is yours an Airport Express?

It’s a Sonos One. The exact same device in my office never has the same problem, though.
