Since changing network providers from O2 UK to Lyca Mobile, I have a red dot on the Phone icon.. I have no voicemails so I don't understand what it is and how to get rid! Anyone got any ideas?

Interestingly, on the Voicemail tab in the Phone app, it says "Network Provider Voicemail" with a Call button next to it..but that doesn't work, it goes as if to call it but never actually connects - to listen to my voicemail I have to manually dial 121.

Not sure if that's related to the dot issue...?

Edit - I might know the reason and I don't know if there is a fix... when I put my old (now service less) o2 SIM back in the phone it shows as having a bloody voicemail, but obviously I cannot call that as my service is terminated!
Am I stuck with a red dot forever?!

I did yes, those two things aren’t voicemails as such they are just links to call the voicemail provider…
