Just got this icon next to my battery meter. I have no idea what it means, and I didn't do anything to my phone today other than checking my facebook and send some emails. It's a JB 3.0.

Thanks!

According to Wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_symbol:

"IEC5009 Standby Symbol.svg
IEC 5009, the standby symbol (line partially within a broken circle), indicates a sleep mode or low power state. The switch does not fully disconnect the device from its power supply. This may appear on a toggle switch opposite a power on symbol, alone on a pushbutton that places the device into a standby state, or alone on a button that switches between on and standby. "

Une attente, en francais?

What it's doing on your phone, je n'ai aucune idee.

That link doesn't work. Do you have another one that shows this symbol?

If no one has seen it, I consider this really strange. I didn't have any processes running other than the phone and mail app. I restarted and since then, it didn't appear And I don't have any 'unusual' apps, just the stuff that any jailbreakers have; lockinfo, backgrounder, winterboard.. didn't install anything for the last two weeks.. Weird.

thats the "keep awake" symbol.. its for when you want your wifi connection to stay alive when the iphone is in sleep mode..

you can toggel this with sbsettings

Ahh, you're a smart man Cupra.. didn't even think that I've turn that thing on.. thanks!

where do you toggle this in SBSettings? I don't see a toggle for that when I look there.....I must be missing something?

click "more" > set Toggles :)

actually i dont have that in my sbsettings as well.. im in the set toggles and all i see is:

Phone, Bluetooth, 3g, Brightness, EDGE, Fast Notes, Location, Processes, SSH, WiFi

i use the WiFi toggle all the time when i want to connect to one, but ive never seen that logo anywhere.

It has to be an add on because I don't have it either.
