Red Glitch when I preview.

I used to have a macbook pro 2018 at catalina and when I upgraded to newr versions. I had a red glitch when I was previewing files.

Even tried a clean format.


Now i have a macbook pro 2019 16" Intel and still I have the same glitch.

What is going on.

It happens only to new OS and not in Catalina...
