There’s a small particle of dust underneath the screen and I can’t unsee it after that. Don’t know what to do since I don’t have limited warranty or Apple care. The screen is fine any other way though.

Depending where it is - and it won’t help in apps like Pages - you might make it optically disappear by using a picture for the home screen where the affected area is tinted in its colour (?)

Are you sure it is dust and not e.g. dead pixel(s)?
