My niece has had an iPad for several years and her account was set up using her mother's email address.
Recently, her mother got an iPhone (her first Apple device) and she is using the same email address for her account.
She redeemed the gift card on my niece's iPad but the funds do not show up. She also checked her iPhone but the funds do not show up there either so we have no idea where they went.
Prior to getting an iPhone, redeeming itunes cards on my niece's iPad was never an issue so I'm guessing the fact that her mom now has an iPhone is causing an issue, but I don't know what that would be, especially since the funds don't show up on either device.
Where could the funds have gone and what is the best way to fix this? Also, what is the best way for them to separate there accounts?
