Redirect mail question

Hi,

i sent an email to someone last night from my wrong address, i used my @Mac One by accident.

I have since right clicked the message in my sent folder, clicked redirect and redirected it back to one of my own email addresses. Does this mean the original recipient won't be able to see my message now?

If the message is sent, its gone. There is no way to 'unsend' the email.
