iPhone Redirecting tcp ports to http port 80?

I have an iphone 5s jailbroken, I'm using apps that connect using tcp ports and was wondering if there is some universal proxy configuration or some way to make them connect to a local host port first then to it's server? In other words can I make it not use the tcp port in the first place and is there a way to change it or if I can't how would I proxy it on my iphone?
