Redownload purchased app?

Hi,

Some time ago, I purchased an app ("StoneLoops! of Jurassica"). I never synced it back to my computer, now I had to restore my iPod and now it's obviously gone...
So, I wanted to download it again, but it's no longer available in the store! Can I still download it somehow?

Short answer: no.

if you've got no computer backup and its not available on the app store. Then no.

I love Stoneloops and had no idea it wasn't in the app store anymore. Boy am I glad I've got it backed up on multiple computers!

Seems that a competitor (MumboJumbo) petitioned Apple to have StoneLoops pulled for copyright infringment, though the Stoneloops devs claim they did nothing wrong.
